I wish there was a GNOME tool for easy currency conversion. I sometimes shop online for stuff, and it would be so nice to be able to just copy and paste amounts to some applet that then displayed them in the desired currency.

Since I don't need it every day, I'd prefer an actual application, but some people might prefer an applet, so that it is always easily available.

The tool should get currency conversion data automatically, of course. There's several sources for them on the network.
