Is it contributory infringement if you include a link to a torrent? If so, the TV author and you may be in the same boat.
Hope they don´t have those nasty law in your locale 
As far as I have been able to determine, Tim Hunkin has the right to distribute his show, and so this should be legal. If you have contradictory information (rather than guessing or insinuation), do tell me. --liw
