I've just released version 0.13 of Summain, my tool to generate file manifests, which contain metadata about the files, and a checksum of their content for regular files. The manifest can be generated for a directory tree at different points in time and compared (with diff) to see if something has changed.

Changes in this version:

• Bug fix: Summain now fails if the filename given on the command line does not exist.
• Added xattrs support.

I've uploaded 0.13 to Debian and amd64 and i386 backports to my own package repository.
